Dawson High School opened in 2007, and the Varsity football program was established in 2008. Hard work and dedication have led the Eagles to the playoffs multiple years since their inception. The Eagle Football Program continues to improve, with a State Championship as our ultimate goal!

The Dawson Football Booster Club (DFBC) recognizes the significance of sports and community service in the comprehensive development of our student-athletes. Our mission is to encourage meaningful fellowship among our players, coaches, families, and community while supporting the Dawson Football Program by promoting sponsorship, fundraising, and volunteerism.

The Dawson Eagles have had great success both on and off the field. Service activities, such as Keep Pearland Beautiful, Stockings for Seniors, and working with Candlelighters to adopt families for Christmas, represent just a few of our dedicated commitments to making a positive impact in our community. Throughout the year, our members generously donate their time, money, and resources to support our program. The most significant achievement of DFBC is awarding scholarships each year to any qualifying graduating senior. This past season, 15 eligible recipients shared a total of $16,500 to be used to further their education.
